We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at reconnect@bahe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned

They fit like a glove, look great and are the comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned. They make walking a joy! They would be 5.5 if they came in more interesting colours/patterns. Can’t say much on the grounding effects as I don’t notice any difference here, but I mainly bought them for the barefoot aspect anyway.

Way too big

I have the originals and they fit perfect. Was waiting urgently for the barefoot version as that is all I can run in. I ordered the exact same size as my trainers but I’m swimming in them - def a full size too big. I’m a seasoned barefoot shoe runner , I know they can feel big in the width when we are used to such tight shoes but this is clearly a mistake it’s la full size too big Sorry but it’s obvious that this wasn’t noticed. Shame it’s a great idea. 💡

I adore these barefoot trainers! They feel like a really kind gift to my body….my feet can actually be the shape they are, instead of being squashed into some narrow shape where my toes are slanted inwards to fit a pointed shape. They are so comfy. If they are ever on sale I will buy another pair.

Size guide

We normally suggest going with the same size that fits you from other sports shoe brands. However, we have some model specific guidelines:

  • If you're looking to order Recharge and are between sizes or your regular size fits quite snug, select the size up from your usual size.
  • If you're looking to order Revive and are between size or have never worn barefoot style shoes before, select the size down from your usual size.

The heel-to-toe measurement column is an accurate guide to the maximum foot length for each size. This should not be compared the 'CM' column that you might see on size guides from other brands.
