Refund policy
General returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (with exception of our shoes, wihich can be worn indoors to try on for fit), with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For some regions, we offer pre-paid return labels, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Note: For orders outside of the U.K, EU and USA, we are unable to refund any duty charges or taxes that you may have paid to the courier or customs authorities.
TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

REGISTER A RETURN
Go to our Returns Portal, enter your email address and order number and select the items you wish to return.
You can choose a Refund, Store Credit or an Exchange.

SELECT THE METHOD
Select the return method. We can generate a pre-paid returns label for you with our courier or you can ship your order back to us yourself, using your preferred courier.
Note: prepaid labels are only available for the UK & USA.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the instructions provided in the portal for your chosen return method.
Our original packaging can be reused but if you no longer have it, make sure it’s in something watertight. If you can reuse something you have at home, even better!
You can return more than one order in the same parcel, just make sure that you register a return for each separate order.
Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will refund your account or dispatch your exchange within 14 days.
Please note, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund if you opted to use a pre-paid label.

Footwear
We welcome you to try on your footwear indoors to check size/fit. However, we are unable to accept footwear that has been worn outdoors, or has signs of wear beyond trying them on for size/fit -
Toe Spacers
Due to the nature of these products, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Toe Spacers. -
Socks
Due to the nature of these products, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Socks.
Refund processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Unless otherwise stated, we will only refund the price paid for the product(s) being returned; we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get your replacement item is to request a refund of your original order and place a new order on our website for your replacement.
However, you can opt for an exchange via our Returns Portal, but you will have to wait until we have received and processed your return before we can dispatch your replacement.
Note: we charge a handling fee for all exchanges equivalent to our shipping price.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Whilst studies and research show the benefits of "grounding" and "earthing", it cannot be guaranteed, as every individual person is unique. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you believe you are not experiencing the medical benefits associated with grounding or earthing whilst wearing our shoes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pre-order refund policy (only applicable to pre-orders)
All consumer rights remain for products only available for pre-order, and orders can be cancelled at any point prior to delivery for a full refund. Once delivery has been made, all orders are then subject to the general returns policy described below.
