To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Great shoes

I love these shoes. So comfy and easy to wear. It’s great to be grounded without having to use a grounding strap or strip.

Love them!

Just the shoes I was looking for! They’re lightweight, flexible, and comfortable, with just the right amount of cushion for walking/jogging. The US W8/39.5 fits my 24.7cm, average width, feet well, even though I normally wear a US W9, so definitely look at the measurements on the size chart. My only suggestion for improvement, would maybe be a bit more width in the toe box, for more splay room, but then, I’ve been wearing solely barefoot shoes for the last 3 years, so my toes are a bit spoiled. Overall, wonderful shoes!

Comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned

They fit like a glove, look great and are the comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned. They make walking a joy! They would be 5.5 if they came in more interesting colours/patterns. Can’t say much on the grounding effects as I don’t notice any difference here, but I mainly bought them for the barefoot aspect anyway.

We normally suggest going with the size that normally fits you from other sports shoe brands. However, we have some model specific guidelines:

  • If you're looking to order Recharge and are between sizes or your regular size fits quite snug, select the size up from your usual size.
  • If you're looking to order Revive or Rediscover and are between size or have never worn barefoot style shoes before, select the size down from your usual size.

The heel-to-toe measurement column is an accurate guide to the maximum foot length for each size. This should not be compared the 'CM' column that you might see on size guides from other brands.
