We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (with exception of our shoes, which can be worn indoors to try on for fit), with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For some regions, we offer pre-paid return labels, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

Note:For orders outside of the U.K, EU and USA, we are unable to refund any duty charges or taxes that you may have paid to the courier or customs authorities.
