We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at reconnect@bahe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned shoes

I suppose you don't check to see if someone has sent shoes back, as I did, because they didn't fit. I'm waiting to hear back from yall to get a different size.

Love the fit and look - pls make it in leather!

The shoe feels great and looks really good (unlike some grounding shoes which have a boho kind of look). Shame about the material.though! It's so sweaty and feels plasticy abd worse: makes the shoes smelly quickly. Please make one in leather! Fits big for its size.

I can’t tell whether the shoes are helping with grounding, but they are very comfortable and cute. I’ve gotten some compliments, but interest goes out the window when I tell what I paid 😟…I guess my friends aren’t as interested in healthy feet and grounding, (even in winter) as I am 😉.

size guide

We normally suggest going with the size that normally fits you from other sports shoe brands. However, we have some model specific guidelines:

  • If you're looking to order Recharge and are between sizes or your regular size fits quite snug, select the size up from your usual size.
  • If you're looking to order Revive and are between size or have never worn barefoot style shoes before, select the size down from your usual size.

The heel-to-toe measurement column is an accurate guide to the maximum foot length for each size. This should not be compared the 'CM' column that you might see on size guides from other brands.
