Our shoes fit true to size, so we suggest going with the size that normally fits you from other sports shoe brands. If you are between sizes, we suggest you select the size up.
The heel-to-toe measurement column is an accurate guide to the maximum foot length for each size. This should not be compared the 'CM' column that you might see on size guides from other brands.
|UK Mens||European Mens||US / Canadian Mens||Australian Mens||Heel-to-toe Measurement|
|UK Womens||European Womens||US / Canadian Womens||Australian Womens||Heel-to-toe Measurement|
Note: For US Women's size we recommend going up half a size if you are in-between sizes. i.g. if you are normally a 6.5, we recommend going for a 7.
how to measure your feet (heel-to-toe measurement)
The aim is to measure the longest distance from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. There are several ways, to do it, but here is our recommendation :
step one : Put a piece of paper against the wall.
step two : Stand on it with your heel against the wall. Mark on the paper where your longest toe reaches to.
step three : Measure the distance your toe was from the edge that was against the wall.

"I gave the shoes a proper test and I was extremely impressed; all terrain was very comfortable. And the shoes didn’t hold water even when I was running in extremely wet conditions which I found a massive plus."
Runner and Running Coach
"I noticed how great they were for running downhill. The soles are just amazing. Sometimes in the past I have felt a little uneasy running downhill, but these keep you stable. "
"Light weight, supportive and super grippy. And because of the minimalist styling, I’ll be wearing them outside of training too"
"They fit perfectly and stayed comfy after a whole day of running. Plus, they look so good I’ll be wearing them when I’m not training!"
"Not only are they stylish (super rare for trail shoes) they feel very natural and light. With a grippy but not too aggressive outer sole, they transition nicely across multi-terrain."
"FINALLY, an earth-conscious athletic sneaker that looks good and feels even better!"

Level Of Support
Very comfy for the walking i do. Plus the grounding feature will be good for my health. Pleased with the purchase and highly recommend
I currently wear Hoka shoes that are a wider shoe. They also have a detached tongue. Would love a grounding shoe for wide feet 👣
These shoes feel pretty solid right out of the box. I took them on a 5 mile run right away and they were really comfortable, no pain points at all for me. When I got home I have a grounding mat with a ground tester. I was able to confirm that these grounded me when standing on the mat. A note on that though: Ideally you would wear conductive socks with these shoes, but I noticed that within 5 minutes of wearing these shoes, even with my Smartwool running socks which are not really thin I still became grounded, there just has to be a tiny bit of moisture built up to provide conductivity, which is rarely an issue when you are running!
I bought these as trail running shoes as I do at least 90% of my running on trails. The Recharge have not disappointed one bit.
Out of the box, these shoes feel less synthetic than any other running shoes I’ve had and the organic cotton laces never seem to need a double knot, which is a bonus.
The support around the heel and ankle is really snug on these shoes and the sole feels really sturdy, yet you can feel the trail under your feet more than with other running shoes I’ve had.
I’ve now run more than 100km in these shoes, in wet, dry and dusty conditions and the grip is good on all surfaces. They are comfortable, the cushioning is just right and I would not change them for any other running shoes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality running shoe.
These trainers are so comfortable and look sleek too. Great to run in (both indoors and outdoors) for a beginner like me!
