We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at reconnect@bahe.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I have no clue if I like the shoelaces or not: I have not received them. They are still in transit with no estimated date of delivery after more than two weeks.

Hi Melissa, thank you for your order and sorry to hear of the delay in receiving them. Your laces were sent out the next working day after you placed your order, but it seems they have been held up in transit according to the tracking. We have sent another pair yesterday so these should be with you soon.

size guide

We normally suggest going with the size that normally fits you from other sports shoe brands. However, we have some model specific guidelines:

  • If you're looking to order Recharge and are between sizes or your regular size fits quite snug, select the size up from your usual size.
  • If you're looking to order Revive or Rediscover and are between size or have never worn barefoot style shoes before, select the size down from your usual size.

The heel-to-toe measurement column is an accurate guide to the maximum foot length for each size. This should not be compared the 'CM' column that you might see on size guides from other brands.
